Cheek fillers are fast becoming one of our popular treatments in our Sydney clinics.
Cheek fillers can correct flat underdeveloped cheeks. Dermal fillers are used to enhance cheekbones or replace lost volume due to ageing.
As we age, fat as well as bone melts away hence the need for cheek fillers to replace both and support the skin. This treatment is fast becoming as popular as lip fillers.
Cheek fillers in Sydney are an affordable, non invasive way to enhance your cheek volume or cheekbones
Treatments take 30-45mins and you can return to work the same or next day.
As with all treatments, there is a level of risk with dermal fillers and so it is important that you choose a practitioner with the highest level of skill and experience in injecting dermal fillers. Dr Tim is a board certified plastic surgeon with decades of experience. Cosmetic Culture Aesthetic Nurse Specialists have 20-25 years experience in cosmetic injections.
Cheek fillers last 12-18months depending on the type of filler used and how quickly it is metabolised by the body.
When you come in for your consultation for cheek fillers, the Cosmetic Culture team will help you decide on the type of filler the best suits your situation.
Topical anaesthetic is usually applied for 30mins prior to treatment. “Happy gas” is also offered during treatment to ensure the patient’s comfort.
The cheek filler is usually injected via fine needle and / or a cannula.
You will see instant results with this treatment, although they may be distorted due to swelling. If there is any asymmetry or other adjustments required they can be done once any swelling and bruising disappears. Once swelling has subsided some patients may need more filler to achieve desired result. Cheek filler is best done in stages to avoid overfilling.
